Senior/Principal Associate - Commercial - Various locations across England with hybrid working

Role
- Join a fast-growing team in a leading practice
- Work with clients from a cross-section of industries with a particular focus on the technology, education and government sectors.
- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial matters, drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements
- Play an active role in business development
- 6+ years PQE in commercial law with good IP & IT law technical skills
- Experience of, or genuine enthusiasm for the education, technology and government sectors
- Ability to manage lots of different matters whilst delivering high quality and commercially focused advice
