Our History

Errington Legal was founded by our MD Eleanor Sidgwick in February 2013. Working from her home, she built on her existing contacts and developed new clients, initially focusing on East Anglia. 

Errington Legal opened its first office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and recruited its first two employees.

With an increasing client base, we opened our Cambridge office and the team expanded to four employees.

Whilst further taking a hold on the regional market, the team expanded, with the in-house legal sector and Partner search work building.

Retained/Partner searches increased and the business began to branch into the London market, including our existing regional clients who had London practices.

Errington Legal’s work takes us into an ever-increasing number of regions and our team continues to provide exceptional service, building our network nationally and helping our clients and candidates to thrive.
