First General Counsel (for IPO target)
This UK based life-sciences business was targeting a US IPO in a short time frame, and required a US lawyer that would enter as the business’ first General Counsel.
We secured and relocated an internationally experienced corporate lawyer that joined the leadership team and achieved the objective whilst shaping the business’ in-house international legal function.
General Counsel and CFO
This spin-out business was at a tipping point for growth when they retained us to hire both a General Counsel and CFO within 12 months.
After onboarding a GC with niche sector expertise and a proven industry leadership record, we were then instructed by the CEO on their CFO hire on the basis of our process and understanding of their business, and ultimately made an international CFO hire to help realise the clients global aspirations.
