Senior Associate or Managing Associate - Surety - London with hybrid working
Client

Role
- Join a leading Surety team
- Advise international insurance companies on matters including facility agreements, recourse/intercreditor/sharing arrangements, bond wordings, security documentation and risk participation
- Play an active role in business development
- 8+ years PQE in banking / finance / project finance - surety experience an advantage but is not required
- Experience with LMA documentation
- A commercial problem solving approach with an ability to assess risk
