Senior Associate - Property Litigation - Cambridge, Essex or Hertfordshire with hybrid working
Client
A top tier regional full-service law firm who pride themselves on exceptional client service
Role
Advise clients on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on matters including landlord/tenant and boundary disputes, rights of way, adverse possession claims, enforcement of covenants and lease renewals
Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
Develop strong client relationships
You
6+ years PQE
A proven track record managing complex property transactions and delivering successful dispute resolution outcomes
Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking
