Senior Associate / Legal Director - Banking and Finance - Ipswich with hybrid working
Client
A highly successful Banking and Finance team, who are seeing substantial growth, and are looking to broaden its offering,
Role
- An exciting opportunity to establish a B&F offering in Ipswich
- Provide assistance to the entire team and its growth
- Drafting, negotiating and agreeing finance and ancillary documentation
- Managing transactions
You
- 6+ years PQE
- Strong technical skills
- Desire to grow a client base and identify new business opportunities
