Residential Conveyancing Senior Associate – Suffolk with hybrid working

Role
- Manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters
- Develop long term client relationships and play an active role in business development
- Pursue referral agreements with local and national Agents
- Promote and cross sell the services of the firm with all external clients
- Have experience of managing a caseload of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar and comparable environment
- Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
