A growing international firm with a deep Tech capability as well as an established financial services practice, this is an excellent platform for an ambitious existing or potential Fintech Partner to develop their following with demonstrable support and firm backing

Role

• Primarily focussed on the commercial and transactional elements of the market, supporting technology sector clients
• From licensing and outsourcing agreements through to software, data and AI matters, this would be a broad role with an opportunity to define your own specialism
• Leading on strategic advisory matters across the market
• A clear mandate to grow the practice and a team of specialists
• Support of not only the sector head, but confidence in the firm's wider support as part of their growth strategy

You

• Partner or a senior solicitor who is ready to step up to partnership
• Ambitious with a significant existing client following
• Demonstrable success of developing both client business and ideally a team
