Role

• Opportunity to gain experience in all areas of Commercial Real Estate law
• Working alongside senior lawyers and Partners
• Working with the team on large and complex transactions
• Attending business development events
• Advising high value, high profile transactions and clients

You

• Good quality experience of Commercial Real Estate / Property law including all or some of the following:

                  -  Commercial landlord and tenant work
                   - Investment and asset management
                   - General commercial property development
                   - Experience of acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
                   - Knowledge of providing property support as part of corporate transactions

• Commercial and analytical thinker who provides accurate and practical advice
• An interest in and aptitude for business development is also welcomed
