Role
- Complex and varied work for a wide range of clients nationally, advising on a broad range of agricultural matters
- Manage acquisitions and disposals of farmland/estates and assist with diligence on strategic land projects whilst having a working knowledge of the relevant tax issues involved
- Offers high client exposure and responsibility from the outset
- Play an active role in business development activities
- NQ-4 years PQE solicitor
- Experience of Agricultural Property or Real Estate experience combined with a passion for developing into Agricultural property
- Proactive and commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
