Role
- Work on a wide range of agricultural real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, developments, tenancies and refinancing
- Build strong relationships with clients across the agriculture sector, working with tenants, partnerships and trusts as well as charities
- The role will deal with complex registrations and trusts matters as well as lease creations and natural capital projects
- Play an active role in business development
- NQ-6 years PQE in agricultural / commercial property
- Agricultural experience an advantage but not required
- Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
- Private Healthcare
