Legal Director / Partner - Construction - Bristol with hybrid working
Client
A full service, top 100 UK, forward thinking law firm, with ambitious growth plans
Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to lead a growing team in a firm which enjoys an enviable reputation
Advising on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters
Providing project support advice for the firm's real estate/corporate/other departments
You
Will ideally have an existing local/regional client base to transfer and be ready to grow the practice
A mixed non-contentious and contentious skill set (specialists in either also considered)
10+ years PQE with experience across a broad range of construction matters
Knowledge of the main standard form construction contracts, in particular JCT/NEC.
Experience of non-contentious/Transactional construction advice and contentious advice re: typical dispute resolution forums
