Legal Counsel - London with hybrid working

Client
A cutting edge BioTech organisation experiencing rapid growth
Role
- Support with commercial and employment contracts across the business
- Oversee legal risk management and compliance
- Draft and review a wide range of commercial agreements
- Advise on IP, privacy and data protection matters
- c. 2-4 years PQE with strong experience of commercial agreements
- Private practice/in house/mixed background all welcomed
- A good understanding of IP ownership and licensing
- Biotech/pharma/medtech or general technology experience an advantage
- Pragmatic and commercially focused with excellent interpersonal skills
