Role
- Support senior colleagues advising on more complex business restructurings, insolvency processes and disputes
- Draft and prepare legal documentation
- Work with clients to gather information and provide progress updates
- 2+ years PQE in Corporate law
- Experience of supporting more senior fee earners with a wide range of insolvency issues
- Motivated and ambitious
