Role
- Support senior colleagues advising on complex transactions
- Matters include investment transactions, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
- Join a friendly Corporate team, offering excellent career progression opportunities
- 1-3 years PQE
- Experience of supporting more senior fee earners with a wide range of corporate matters
- Motivated and ambitious
