- Advise on a broad range of corporate matters, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
- Play a key role in business development
- Interest or experience (as a corporate lawyer) in the education sector would be highly beneficial

- 8+ years PQE with strong corporate transactions experience
- Ambitious with confidence in winning work
