Corporate Senior Associate / Legal Director with hybrid working
Client

Role
- Manage a varied caseload of high-quality work including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate finance and strategic advisory matters
- Advise clients from start-ups and spinouts to established multinationals across sectors
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Play an active role in business development
- 10+ years PQE with a strong record in M&A transactions and interest in a broad range of corporate work
- Experience of private equity transactions an advantage but not essential
- A commercial problem solving approach
