Opportunity
- Be the lead partner engaged in contentious trusts and probate, both internationally and domestically, with a particular focus on driving the international work
- An ambition and interest to build and support the growth of the team and have strategic input
- Represent clients in high-value disputes involving trusts, estates and private wealth that may have cross-border elements
- 10+ PQE
- Proven record of generating and winning work
- Leading reputation in the contentious trusts space
- Enthusiasm to develop the international side of the business
