A highly successful specialist Agricultural Property team within a full service, UK top 50, forward-thinking law firm

Role

• Advising both UK and international clients on all matters affecting rural real estate
• Drafting and negotiating agreements and documentation for property sales, purchases, tenancies and other property-related issues
• Managing a caseload with support from senior team as needed
• Actively participating in business development activities

You

• 3+ years PQE within Property or Private Client, Agricultural experience advantageous but not essential
• Passion for rural matters and a strong interest in specialising in Agriculture
• Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
