Associate / Senior Associate - Public Sector Commercial - choice of office locations in East Anglia/Essex or potentially London, with hybrid working
Client
A dynamic market-leading Public Sector team at a top full-service law firm
Role
High quality work covering a broad range of non-contentious commercial matters for public sector clients and their partners
Opportunity to develop and grow the practice and play an active part in business development
Advising on a range of issues including local authority powers, public law matters and procurement with support as needed
Depending on experience, you may be providing strategic advice on high profile projects and mainstream public sector matters
Overseeing and supporting junior team members
You
2-8 years PQE solicitor with proven ability to manage a varied commercial contracts caseload
Excellent client relationship skills with an aptitude for business development
Able to think commercially and analytically under pressure to provide accurate and practical advice
Knowledge and experience of procurement law and/or public law would be advantageous but not essential
