This UK based life-sciences business was targeting a US IPO in a short time frame, and required a US lawyer that would enter as the business’ first General Counsel.

We secured and relocated an internationally experienced corporate lawyer that joined the leadership team and achieved the objective whilst shaping the business’ in-house international legal function.
