Senior Associates seeking Partnership– there has never been a better time to move.
It is not always possible to anticipate how the year will shape up, especially given the current economic uncertainty in the market. In 2016 we worked on a large number of in-house roles, but so far this year the emphasis has been on Partnership positions. In some firms, due to internal structure it can be difficult for Senior Associates or Senior Solicitors to make Partner. For those in this position the legal market is looking particularly buoyant.
We have been instructed by several leading firms to work with them on senior level hires over the coming months. Some of these roles have arisen due to growth, and others for the purposes of succession planning.
We also have extensive experience of working with candidates who are already salaried/equity partners, we offer support and guidance throughout the process of their move (including working with any restrictions).
