Solicitor/Legal Executive - Social Housing - Norwich (Ipswich will be considered provided regular travel to Norwich office)

A leading Social Housing team within a Top100 firm are recruiting for either a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Legal Executive to run their own caseload of single unit disposals and acquisitions and to provide professional, proactive, high-level legal support to the wider fee earning team.
This is a varied role within a team that acts for the region’s major Housing Associations and a number of Local Authorities.
Candidates may be from a generalist Commercial Property background with a good interest in this sector, or someone with previous experience. Experience in the Housing Association or Local Authority or housebuilding sectors would be an advantage but is not essential.
