We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Real Estate Solicitor with development experience to join our clients well regarded team in either their Lincolnshire or Cambridgeshire offices.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Real Estate Developer sector and ideally experience in site set-ups for developers.

You will provide legal advice to a range of clients including the negotiation and drafting of documentation. You should have strong communication and team working skills, a keen interest in business development, and an enthusiasm for building client relationships.
