Errington Legal is recruiting for an Employment Solicitor with NQ-3 years PQE to join an established team which enjoys an excellent reputation and a high quality of work, and offer clear progression and development opportunities.
Junior candidates will have done a Commercial seat during their training contract, ideally in Employment and will be expected to lead on their own matters with appropriate support and supervision. More senior candidates should have employment law experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm.
The successful candidate should have an a high level of knowledge in employment law yet be able to think commercially and analytically so as to provide accurate and practical advice to company clients and high net worth individuals which is tailored to their needs. An ability to think clearly under pressure, write concisely and excellent presentation skills are essential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent drafting, technical and communication skills and be confident in advising clients directly.
