Commercial Technology Solicitors - Homeworking/Remote (office space available/optional) - 2+ PQE
Competitive salary + Benefits - Full time, part time and flexible hours are available.

Our client is a growing and ambitious firm who are looking to expand their Commercial Technology team.

This opportunity is suited to solicitors of 2+ years PQE with wide ranging commercial technology, digital media and IT experience from an in-house or private practice background.

You will have the chance to work with driven entrepreneurial businesses providing innovative and creative solutions in the field of Software, Hardware, Information Security, Privacy and Cyber, Fintech, AI and Machine Learning, IoT, Business Intelligence, Consumer Tech, Facilities Management, Digital Commerce, Mobile Apps and Gaming, Smart City technology, Advanced Manufacturing, Greentech, Cleantech, Blockchain, Healthcare and Biotech.

The ability to provide clear and practical commercial advice coupled with strong negotiation and drafting skills is essential, as is a good handle on IP and data protection issues in technology contracts to work with our clients' specialist business teams.
