Are you experienced in Property Law and seeking a move in-house? 

Senior Legal Counsel - Property - Suffolk with free on site parking and hybrid working

Role
Inspire and lead the in-house conveyancing team to provide an efficient service led, in-house, estate conveyancing service for the sale of new homes, part exchange and other related transactions.
Work closely with the Head of Conveyancing and other legal colleagues to improve processes and develop the team
Continually review the resources of the conveyancing team, monitoring and improving the performance of the department in its delivery of a timely and efficient qualify conveyancing service 
Develop ongoing strong relationships at all levels with key individuals and groups of interested parties in the estate conveyancing process 

You
4+ PQE Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record of Property Law and residential estate conveyancing.
Experience of managing a large team and working in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
Proven ability in providing full legal support in relation to Plot Sale, part exchange, development and disposal of land for residential purposes
Sound legal technical skills combined with the ability to deliver proactive, pragmatic commercial advice and to effectively advise and communicate on legal issues
The ability to understand the key drivers for staff motivation whilst having the skills to identify training & development needs along with acting on and implementing the same.
Experience of dealing with housebuilders and associated legal issues relating to same
Excellent inter-personal skills which command the respect of others at all levels
