Client
A top ranked and award-winning UK and International law firm.

Role
You will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload, assisted by outstanding knowledge lawyers and dedicated support staff
Commercial landlord and tenant including sale and purchase, development agreements, forward funding and agreements for lease and complex transactional support
Real property disputes including rights of light, nuisance and trespass, restrictive covenants, easements, squatters and planning disputes
There are opportunities for involvement in other areas
The department acts for a broad range of clients 

You
Good grounding in a range of commercial real estate and real property issues
Experience of either telecoms and wayleave agreements (landowners) and/or fire safety issues (repairing and other obligations, fire safety legislation, service charge issues), would be of considerable advantage
