Role
A great opportunity for a candidate seeking an in-house role in which they can develop, whilst working closely with the General Counsel
To undertake a varied workload of negotiation, advice, re–drafting, updating and creating contracts.
You will be involved in different types of agreements including, sale and supply of services, procurement of services, NDAs, SLAs, MSAs, Complex framework agreements, software agreements, terms of service, DPAs.
Working with the GC to develop the company’s policies, T&Cs and compliance in GDPR

You
NQ-5 years PQE with a commercial mindset and some contracts experience
Flexible and client-focused with a confident approach in dealing with colleagues across the business
An understanding of corporate compliance requirements and commercial structures would be an advantage
