Solicitor - Court of Protection and Inheritance Disputes – Essex with Hybrid working

Opportunity to work alongside leading experts in their field
Play a key role in the future development of the team and an involvement in marketing and business development
 
You
3-5yrs PQE, you should have the ability to deliver succinct high quality advice
You will have experience in handling a complex caseload of contested probate and inheritance act claims.
Court of protection experience is not essential but will be an advantage
