Job Description

Part-time - Mon - Fri - 30 hours per week - 12:30 to 7pm 

We are seeking a Document Production Specialist to join a highly regarded national law firm. The role holder will be responsible for creating, amending and finalising high quality documents using various IT packages.

The role is busy and challenging and the successful candidate will work within a support services team to provide outstanding client service to the lawyers within the firms Real Estate team based in Cambridge.

Please note that experience in document production is essential for this role.

You will have:

· Experience of working with complex documents in a similar role, such as a Document Assistant/Specialist or Legal Secretary
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and good experience of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
· Excellent presentation and attention to detail skills
· Excellent planning and organisational and time management skills
· The ability to work as part of a team and to establish good working relationships at all levels

The work for this role continues to be remote and likely to remain so for a while, however this role will likely revert to office based full time, in due course.
