Corporate Counsel - Cambridge - £70,000 per annum, depending upon experience

Our client, an industry leading software company, are seeking a self-motivated and proactive candidate, of around 3-5 years PQE, to join their team based in Cambridge.

Role Headlines:

• Working closely with the Head of Legal and established marketing and IT teams.


• Responsibilities include negotiating software licenses and SaaS agreements as well as managing trademarks.


• Interactions with companies, suppliers, and data professionals.


• Providing advise and guidance to ensure that the business is not exposed to unnecessary risk.
