To primarily provide sound commercial contract advice to all stakeholders within the business and to assist in the development of sustainable commercial contracts.
Work with the Heads of Service or departmental leads to ensure compliance and consistency with the agreed contract standards
There will be some amount of autonomy with this role and the opportunity to develop and influence company policy around contractual issues.
Significant contract law experience within the field with a minimum of 2 years.
Commercial awareness and business acumen
High level working knowledge of Microsoft packages and aptitude for using IT software
Willingness to develop knowledge and understanding of the services provided by our client

Ability to travel to other locations
25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays, increasing to 26 days after 1 year
