A ‘new start’ for the New Year can seem like a hackneyed concept - we are all familiar with the same old New Year’s resolutions, which have usually fallen by the wayside a few weeks later.. But the end of the year does feel like a natural time to take stock of your options, and a new year can be the perfect juncture for a new chapter in your career.
Come the first of January you may be feeling ready to shake off the overindulgences of Christmas and get back to work with renewed vigour. Perhaps you will be looking to push yourself further in 2016, take on new challenges, and propel your career to new heights. Maybe it just feels like the right time to bite the bullet and address any nagging doubts you may have about your current workplace and your future there.
