Construction Solicitor, 2-7 years PQE with Flexible working - Market Rate Salary + Benefits

Errington Legal are recruiting for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join a busy and growing firm, within their non-contentious team based in Colchester, offering fantastic client exposure and clear progression opportunities.  
 
The role will provide support on a wide variety of transactions, working alongside an experienced team and closely with Partners where you will take on a full and varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters, supporting senior fee earners on larger and more complex matters.

The successful candidate will have around 2-7 years PQE and have experienced negotiating contracts and general procurement. They will be able to demonstrate legal work relating to construction transactions, have strong technical and client management skills. 

You will be expected to engage fully in business development and marketing opportunities and generally look to continue to develop and grow the team.
