Would you like the opportunity to progress your career within a growing Residential Property team within a Legal 500 firm?


Role
Support the Property team in all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Managing your own caseload subject to supervision
Managing and conducting new development plot sales and purchases
Ordering searches and reviewing the results
Drafting reports on title subject to supervision
Reporting on and preparation of security documentation for execution
Progressing cases from exchange to completion including all associated administration
Dealing with the post completion aspects of transactions
Responding and dealing with Land Registry enquiries

You
A Residential Conveyancer with demonstrable experience within residential property 
Ideally you will have some post-qualification experience, dealing with a range of property transactions
Committed to building up a full and varied caseload
Commercially aware
Dedicated to delivering excellent client service
