Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant or Paralegal to join their Clinical Negligence department based in Cambridge.

You will be expected to work on a wide range clinical negligence litigation matters, offering proactive support and a commercial approach to your work. It is therefore essential that the successful candidate has at least 1-2 years' experience in clinical negligence either as a Paralegal or Litigation Assistant and good knowledge of the clinical negligence litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules.

It is also preferable that you will also have the following skills and attributes:
-Strong client care/client contact skills
-Good IT Skills.
-Fast track claims experience.
-File management – effective use of diary system/case management system to ensure capture of management information.
-Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
-Ability to manage own time and excellent organisation skills.
-Strong technical and research skills.
-Attention to detail.
