This is a unique opportunity to work directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of this progressive young global Tech Company with ambitions for growth, based on the Southern outskirts of Cambridge.
You will be liaising with external counsel, an external Company Secretary, senior stakeholders and internal departments as required. The work will be varied ranging from drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements and Terms & Conditions, Corporate administration, freehold/leasehold administration, minute taking etc.
You will be keen to develop within the role and be able to exercise common sense and judgement. The ideal candidate will need to be a confident, proactive, creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
It is envisaged you will be educated to degree level and with at least 1 years’ experience in a commercial/corporate or similar role.
